Britain By Bike With Larry and George Lamb – Channel 5
Many thanks to Larry and George Lamb for alerting me to the existence of this ford at Chillingham. I noticed the ford sign in the background as they approaced the castle in their Channel 5 Series ‘Britain By Bike’.
I have visited the castle on several occasions and for some reason have never noticed this ford – probably because it is not shown on the map despite being on the public highway.
